Monsha'at Celebrates World Radio Day with Media Ministry Participation
The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha'at) has hosted several dialogue sessions with leading media experts at its Support Centers in Riyadh, Madinah, Jeddah, and Khobar, in celebration of World Radio Day.
Head of Center for Government Communication and the Media Ministry official spokesperson Abdulrahman Majrashi took part in a dialogue session entitled "Complementarity between Media and Media Entrepreneurship."
Majrashi elaborated on the ministry's launch of approximately 11 initiatives to support local content in 2024, the year of media transformation, alongside more than 15 events, seven projects, and over six international forums, all designed to showcase programs, services, and success stories of government projects within the Kingdom.
He highlighted the ministry's projects and work models, including the "Saudipedia" platform, which provides comprehensive and reliable digital information about the Kingdom. Initially launched in Arabic, the platform plans to expand into five additional languages. Other notable initiatives include Saudi Konoz, the Impact Makers Forum (ImpaQ), Mediathon, Media Oasis, and others.
