Mountain View Announces First Riyadh Real Estate Project with SR 1.2 Billion Investment
Leading Egyptian real estate developer Mountain View, in collaboration with Saudi Arabia’s Maya Real Estate Development and Investment, introduced its debut Riyadh project, One Mountain View, at Cityscape Global 2024. Valued at SR 1.2 billion (USD 320 million), the project was unveiled during the exhibition’s opening ceremony, attended by His Excellency Majid Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, and led by Mountain View Founder and Chairman, Eng. Amr Soliman.
In his speech, Eng. Amr Soliman emphasized that the launch of One Mountain View in Riyadh marks a strategic milestone for Mountain View's regional expansion plans. The development reflects the company's commitment to delivering world-class residential projects that meet the diverse housing requirements of the Saudi community. This initiative aligns with the local market's high real estate dynamism and supports the Housing Program's objectives, a cornerstone initiative of Saudi Vision 2030.
One Mountain View is strategically located in northern Riyadh and will feature a fully integrated residential community comprising 500 villas, expansive green spaces, and a community center called The Light House. The center will offer a variety of workshops and development programs designed to foster residents' skills and personal growth. The villas, ranging from 271 to 622 square meters, will include standalone villas, executive villas, and duplexes.
The Light House will serve as the heart of the community, designed to promote happiness and connection among residents. It is based on five core principles of happiness: joy, vitality, freedom, engagement, and meaning. The center aims to empower residents to live authentically and engage in shared interests, cultivating a sense of fulfilment and belonging.
Eng. Wael Ezz, Partner and CEO of Mountain View, described The Light House as a community hub that fosters happiness through specialized developmental activities. He highlighted the center as a unique addition to the Saudi real estate market, focused on creating an interactive environment that supports personal growth and a balanced lifestyle. Tailored workshops and events will be offered to meet the specific needs of residents, with the overall aim of enhancing happiness and self-development.
This project represents Mountain View’s entry into the Saudi market, contributing to the Housing Program and providing Saudi families with access to suitable housing solutions. The company brings over 20 years of experience in Egypt, where it has achieved SR 25 billion in sales over the past five years.
