Interior Ministry Launches Third Hajj Health and Safety Forum

Under the patronage of Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, the third edition of the Hajj Health and Safety Forum was launched today. Organized by the General Administration of Medical Services at the Ministry of Interior, the forum runs from May 17 to 19, 2026, with the participation of leading officials, experts, specialists, and involved stakeholders.

 The forum serves as a specialized professional platform discussing topics related to health and security during Hajj, reviewing best practices, experiences, and innovative technological solutions, enhancing the integration of efforts, raising readiness and response efficiency, and supporting the quality of services provided to pilgrims during the season.

 The forum features a diverse program with more than 15 dialogue sessions, six keynote speeches, three workshops, a TEDx event, a hackathon innovation challenge with approximately 90 participating teams, and an exhibition featuring more than 30 entities from the government, private, and non-profit sectors, showcasing initiatives, services, technologies, and experiences related to health and safety during Hajj.
