KSrelief Launches Project to Renovate Orphan Care Centers in Somalia
King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has launched a project to renovate and support orphan care centers and economically empower their families in Somalia.
The project includes rehabilitating orphan care centers and maintaining their essential facilities by equipping kitchens with cooking utensils, furnishing living quarters, preparing classrooms, and providing school uniforms, bags, and educational supplies.
The project also includes training mothers of orphans, who are the sole providers for their families, in basic sewing skills and equipping them with sewing machines and supplies to empower them economically.
This initiative is part of the humanitarian and relief projects and programs provided by the Kingdom, through its humanitarian arm KSrelief, to support orphans and their families and improve their living conditions.
