Al-Wajh Governor Launches Dates, Ghee, Honey Festival in Abu Rakah Center

Al-Wajh Governor Mohammed bin Sultan Al-Subaie, in the presence of Director General of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture’s branch in Tabuk Region Amjad Thallab, inaugurated the dates, ghee, and honey festival yesterday evening in Abu Rakah Center, affiliated with Al-Wajh Governorate. More than 50 farmers are taking part, showcasing a variety of agricultural and local products.

 The three-day festival features agricultural products and goods from families working in the cottage industry, highlighting the region's agricultural potential and local products. It also seeks to raise awareness of these products and strengthen their presence in markets.

 The festival aims to support farmers and local producers, provide marketing outlets for their products, and enhance investment opportunities in the agricultural sector.

 The event is part of ongoing efforts to support agricultural development and the local economy, while showcasing the agricultural heritage and products for which the governorate and its centers are known.
