Women’s Religious Services System in Mataf Area: An Operational Model Enhancing the Quality of Worship Experience

 The Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, represented by the Women’s Affairs Agency, is implementing an integrated operational framework in the Mataf area.
 The framework includes the organized field deployment of female guidance staff at high-density locations, notably Hijr Ismail and areas surrounding the Tawaf route. This deployment ensures rapid access to female worshipers and provides Sharia guidance and religious instruction at sites with the greatest impact on enhancing the quality of the worship experience.
 These efforts form part of an approved religious operational plan aimed at maximizing the effectiveness of women’s religious services and conveying the message of the Two Holy Mosques to the world through an approach that combines Sharia authenticity with operational professionalism.
