Saudi Defense Minister Receives Iraqi Counterpart, Signs MoU on Military Cooperation

Saudi Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz received here on Monday Iraqi Minister of Defense Thabet Mohammed Al-Abbasi.
The two ministers discussed enhancing defense cooperation and reviewed their countries' relations. They exchanged views on regional developments and efforts to reduce tensions, and addressed other topics of mutual interest.
The two ministers signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the Saudi and Iraqi defense ministries to solidify cooperation in the military field.
The meeting and signing ceremony were attended by senior military and diplomatic officials from both sides.
