SAMA Licenses 'ATAMAD' Company to Provide Consumer Microfinance Solutions

The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) has licensed "ATAMAD" finance company to provide consumer microfinance solutions, bringing the total number of licensed companies offering such services in Saudi Arabia to eight.
 According to a press release, this addition, which raises the overall number of licensed finance companies to 65, reflects SAMA's endeavor to support the financial sector, increase the efficiency of financial transactions, and promote innovative financial solutions for greater financial inclusion in Saudi Arabia.
