Annual Meeting of Steering Committee of Platform for Dialogue and Cooperation Concludes in Amman

The annual meeting of the Steering Committee of the Platform for Dialogue and Cooperation between Religious Leaders and Institutions in the Arab World yesterday concluded in the Jordanian capital, Amman.

 The meeting was attended by a select group of religious leaders and representatives of institutions concerned with interfaith and intercultural dialogue, affiliated with the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Centre for Interreligious and Intercultural Dialogue (KAICIID).

 The meeting aimed to discuss the past year's achievements, review the most prominent challenges, and develop a strategic action plan for the current year that contributes to supporting social cohesion, combating hate speech, and consolidating the values of pluralism and mutual respect in the Arab world. Several Arab countries participated in this year's meeting, including Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, Egypt, Iraq, Tunisia, and Morocco
