Commerce Ministry: Over 7 Million Customers Benefit from Business, Consumer Services in 2024
The Ministry of Commerce, in partnership with the Saudi Business Center, provided services to more than seven million customers in 2024 through electronic platforms and collaborative branches across the Kingdom.
These services catered to the business and consumer sectors, benefiting over 3.5 million customers through e-services and collaborative branches, 2.4 million customers via the unified call center, more than one million customers who submitted commercial complaints, and over 42,000 customers through support and business challenge resolution services.
Key services included the issuance of commercial registers, trade certificates, consulting professions, trade names, corporate services, and partner resolutions.
These services are accessible through the ministry's website at mc.gov.sa, the Saudi Business Center platform at business.sa, collaborative branches with the Saudi Business Center, the unified call center at 1900, and the "Balagh" mobile application for reporting commercial violations.
