On National Day, Saudi Pavilion at Expo 2025 Engages Osaka Crowds with Kingdom’s Story

At Umekita Plaza, the Saudi Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka welcomed thousands of visitors to an immersive showcase of the Kingdom’s journey through history.

 As part of activities marking the 95th Saudi National Day, the pavilion organized the “Discover Saudi Arabia: Saudi National Day” event, focusing on the story of unification. The event highlighted key milestones, including the nation’s transformation under Saudi Vision 2030 and its preparations to host Expo 2030 Riyadh.

 Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Japan and Commissioner General of the Saudi Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka Nayef Al-Fahadi said the pavilion is proud to present this experience to the Japanese public, noting that many visitors learned about the Kingdom’s cultural heritage, its unification, and its ambitious Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives.

 The event guided visitors through the story of the Kingdom’s unification across five chapters presented in interactive and immersive displays. Each chapter showcased pivotal historical moments, cultural landmarks, and transformative initiatives shaping modern Saudi Arabia. Guests were welcomed with Saudi coffee and dates and received a booklet designed for collecting stamps from each of the five chapters, blending education with entertainment.

 The experience offered visitors a dynamic introduction to the Kingdom’s history, culture, and forward-looking vision, leaving a lasting positive impression of Saudi Arabia in an engaging atmosphere.
