Madinah Education Secures National Honors at RoboRAVE 2026, Advances to Japan Finals
The General Education Department in Madinah secured second and third places nationally at the RoboRAVE International World Championship 2026 through its teams competing in the primary-school category. The achievement earned the teams qualification for the international finals, scheduled to be held in Japan next August.
Rayan_Fastbot team won second place nationally in the Fast Bot line-following challenge, while the Rayan_Maze_Heroes team secured third place nationally in the Wooden Maze (A Maze Ing) category.
Director General of Education in Madinah Region Nasser bin Abdullah Al-Abdulkarim congratulated the winning students, their families, and their schools. He praised their excellence in robotics, artificial intelligence, and innovation, noting that the achievement reflects the quality of educational programs and enrichment activities offered to students.
He added that such accomplishments help strengthen students' capabilities and enhance their competitiveness at the national and international levels.
