KSrelief Signs Joint Executive Program for Economic Empowerment of Most Vulnerable Groups in Nigeria
King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief), represented by Assistant Supervisor-General for Operations and Programs Eng. Ahmed Al-Baiz, signed yesterday via videoconference a joint executive program with a civil society organization to promote economic empowerment and skills development for the most vulnerable groups in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Under the program, 970 young men and women from internally displaced communities and host communities in the states of Abuja and Kwara will receive training in vocational trades and specific skills. Upon completion of the training, beneficiaries will be provided with work tools to help them enter the labor market.
This initiative comes as part of the humanitarian and relief projects and programs provided by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief, to care for vulnerable groups, improve their living conditions, and support their economic empowerment.
