SIRC, The Helicopter Company Sign MoU to Promote Sustainability
The Saudi Investment Recycling Company (SIRC), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with The Helicopter Company (THC) to bolster sustainability efforts, develop innovative waste management and recycling solutions, and support the circular economy in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
The MoU underscores the shared commitment of both entities to providing sustainable aviation solutions and advanced air services that reduce environmental impact. They will work together to advance technology-driven operations and extend the company's services into new sectors that promote sustainability.
CEO of SIRC Eng. Ziyad Alshiha highlighted that this collaboration aims to foster innovation, reduce emissions, and ensure long-term environmental safety within the sector. "This partnership advances a sustainable future, positioning Saudi Arabia at the forefront of the global green economy," he said.
THC CEO Arnaud Martinez emphasized the company's goal of reducing its carbon footprint, stressing that the agreement aims to transform ambitious ideas into practical achievements that contribute to a sustainable future for both aviation and the environment.
