Gemini Rains Delight Aseer Visitors as Fog Drapes the Highlands

With the rise of the Gemini star marking the start and peak of the summer season, gentle rains have graced Aseer Region, delighting visitors and highlighting the area's unique climatic charm.

 Early showers over the highlands ushered in a season brimming with natural beauty. Gray clouds and soft, drifting fog blanketed the mountaintops, creating mesmerizing scenes that reflected the serenity and simplicity of nature.

 Tourists and vacationers have flocked to Abha and its scenic suburbs and resorts, including Al-Soudah, Ballahmar, Balsamar, Tanumah, and Al-Namas, seeking to savor the magic of the rain, the mystery of the fog, and the fresh scent of mountains glistening with dew. Amid these captivating weather conditions, mountain overlooks, forest parks, and hilltop cafés saw a remarkable turnout, as visitors enjoyed sipping hot beverages in the rain.

 During the summer months, Aseer enjoys surprisingly moderate weather, with temperatures ranging between 21°C and 28°C. Humidity levels hover around 19%, rainfall reaches approximately 20%, and winds vary between 5 and 11 kilometers per hour. Together, these factors contribute to a cool and refreshing climate.

 The early arrival of rainfall signals a promising tourism season ahead, reinforcing Aseer’s status as one of the Kingdom’s premier summer destinations. With its distinctive climate, breathtaking landscapes, and rich cultural heritage, the region continues to offer memorable experiences for citizens, residents, and international visitors alike.
