King Abdulaziz University Promotes Arabic Outreach through Specialized International Training Program
Activities are continuing at King Abdulaziz University under the second edition of the Arabic Language Experts Qualification Program, organized by the university through the Endowment of the Language of the Holy Quran, in partnership with the King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language (KSGAAL). The program brings together 24 academics and specialists representing 18 countries across Europe, Asia, and Africa.
The program, which runs until February 8, includes 80 training hours and 60 enrichment hours. It focuses on the professional development of Arabic language teachers through scientific lectures, practical training, field visits, peer evaluation sessions, and attendance at specialized academic lectures hosted by the university.
The initiative aims to develop competencies in teaching Arabic as a second language, enhance academic communication among teachers worldwide, and build an effective international cooperation network. It also seeks to raise awareness of the Arabic language’s global cultural and civilizational significance.
