Islamic Affairs Ministry Offers VR Tour of Two Holy Mosques at Frankfurt Book Fair

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance offered visitors to the Frankfurt Book Fair 2025 a unique interactive experience, allowing them to virtually tour the Grand Mosque in Makkah and the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah. The experience was delivered using virtual reality (VR) technology, effectively combining technical innovation with the spiritual dimension of the sacred sites.

 Using interactive glasses, visitors experienced 3D tours of the two holy mosques, viewing the Holy Kaaba, the Rawdah, and other major landmarks of the two holy cities. This immersive experience conveyed the atmosphere of faith and spirituality with impressive realism, strengthening the visitors' connection to the two holy mosques despite the great distances.

 This participation is an extension of the ministry's ongoing efforts to harness advanced technologies to enhance religious awareness and Islamic culture globally.
