The Deputy Minister of Municipalities and Housing inaugurates the 35th edition of Saudi Build 2025
His Excellency Eng. Ihab Ghazi Al-Hashani, Deputy Minister of Municipalities and Housing, inaugurated today the 35th edition of Saudi Build 2025, held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail. The exhibition brings together more than 422 exhibitors from 23 countries, showcasing the latest products, technologies, and innovative solutions in the construction and building sectors. The event runs from November 3 to 6, 2025, at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center (RICEC).
His Excellency toured the exhibition pavilions, where he was briefed on the latest projects and solutions being presented. He commended the remarkable progress in modern construction technologies and smart infrastructure, reflecting the significant development of the Saudi construction sector and its pivotal role in achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
H.E. Al-Hashani emphasized that Saudi Build exemplifies the Kingdom’s growing stature in the global construction and building industries and its ability to attract leading companies and experts from around the world. This, he noted, enhances knowledge exchange, promotes technology transfer, and supports the adoption of advanced techniques that improve the efficiency of urban projects, sustainability, and the quality of life in Saudi cities.
For his part, Mr. Mohammed Al-Husseini, CEO of Riyadh Exhibitions Company Ltd., stated that Saudi Build 2025 reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to advancing the construction and building sector and enhancing the investment environment in major urban development projects, in line with the goals of Vision 2030. He added that the exhibition has become a leading platform bringing together experts, investors, and developers under one roof to showcase the latest technologies and innovative solutions that contribute to higher building quality, sustainability, and urban integration.
Starting tomorrow, the exhibition will host a series of panel discussions and interactive seminars featuring prominent local and international CEOs and experts. These sessions will explore emerging trends in the future of construction, digital transformation, and sustainable practices in design and implementation, while also highlighting success stories of pioneering Saudi projects that have become models of efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
Saudi Build 2025 will continue until Thursday, welcoming visitors daily from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The exhibition features a wide range of specialized sectors, including construction technologies and materials, interior design and finishing, stone and aluminum technologies, glass, façades and windows, heavy machinery, lighting and energy solutions, water and infrastructure systems, and other fields supporting comprehensive urban development.
