
KSrelief Clinics Provided Health Services to 8,470 Cases in Al-Zaatari Camp During June
The clinics of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) provided healthcare services to 8,470 medical cases at the Zaatari Refugee Camp for Syrian refugees in Jordan during June 2025.
The general medicine clinics received 2,873 patients, while 469 patients suffering from diabetes, hypertension, and asthma visited the internal medicine clinic. The pediatric clinics treated 1,011 patients, and 572 patients received care at the dental clinic.
A total of 1,052 women were treated at the two gynecology clinics, 149 patients with sinus, pharyngeal, tonsil, and middle ear infections visited the ear, nose, and throat clinic, 265 patients received care at the ophthalmology clinic, and 84 patients were seen at the cardiology clinic.
The diagnostic radiology clinic received 193 patients, 150 patients were treated at the dermatology clinic, and 144 patients visited the rehabilitation clinic. Laboratory tests of various types were conducted for 11,713 patients, and 907 imaging procedures, including X-rays and ultrasounds, were performed. A total of 655 vaccines were administered at the immunization clinic.
Additionally, 264 individual and group health education sessions were conducted, 589 physiotherapy sessions were carried out at the physiotherapy department, and the pharmacy dispensed a total of 5,889 prescriptions.
