Over 50,000 Visitors Attend Al-Baha Municipality's Eid Al-Fitr Celebrations

Al-Baha Municipality concluded its Eid Al-Fitr festivities yesterday, marking the end of a three-day celebration held across the region in conjunction with the Kingdom's nationwide Eid events. The activities attracted over 50,000 attendees, including citizens, residents and tourists.

 Mayor of Al-Baha Region Dr. Ali bin Muhammad Al-Sawat stated that more than 55 diverse events were organized in cities and governorates across the region. The programs included traditional folk performances, fireworks displays, children's theater, family product festivals, and the distribution of 3,000 gifts at prominent locations such as Raghadan Park and Al-Hawiyah walkway. He added that the events were designed to cater to all segments of society, including children, youth, the elderly, and people with disabilities, with a special focus on highlighting the region's rich cultural and heritage identity. The celebrations also offered 32 volunteer opportunities, with 1,018 male and female volunteers participating.
