GAFT Participates in Preparatory Meeting for 41st Ministerial Session of COMCEC in Istanbul

The General Authority of Foreign Trade (GAFT) today participated in the preparatory meeting for the 41st Ministerial Session of the Standing Committee for Economic and Commercial Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (COMCEC), held in Istanbul.
 The meeting, taking place from November 3 to 4, aims to discuss the development and improvement of export strategies among the OIC member states and to review the outcomes of economic and trade cooperation within six working groups. The committee will also review the report on the implementation of the OIC’s strategy and work program and assess progress in various areas of cooperation.
 Director General of International Organizations at GAFT Jihad Al-Huthil stated that the Kingdom, through COMCEC, continuously shares best international practices in trade with member states, contributing to enhancing and improving economic and trade cooperation among OIC countries.
