Environment Ministry Offers Four Investment Opportunities in Jazan

The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture has announced four investment opportunities to enhance the agricultural and livestock sectors in Jazan Region, aiming to promote self-sufficiency and food security while strengthening collaboration with the private sector in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
 The first opportunity involves establishing an agricultural city in Abu Arish Governorate, covering an area of 82,659 square meters. The project will focus on the cultivation of fruit trees and the construction of a marketing services building, contributing to the region's agricultural development. The application deadline is January 6, 2026.
 The second investment opportunity entails constructing greenhouses that use hydroponic farming systems in Damad Governorate. This project will span 18,599 square meters and will be dedicated to the cultivation of vegetables and other crops. The application deadline is January 5, 2026.
 Additionally, there are two investment opportunities in the livestock sector in Farasan Governorate, focused on breeding, fattening, and red meat production, with the first covering 250,000 square meters and the second 160,000 square meters. These initiatives aim to support the livestock sector and contribute to achieving self-sufficiency in red meat production. The application deadline for both opportunities is January 7, 2026.
 The ministry encourages interested investors to access the terms and specifications booklet through the "Furas" platform, presenting an excellent opportunity to invest in the agricultural and livestock sectors and support to food security.
