Backed by KSrelief, Artificial Limbs Center Provides Medical Services to 537 Beneficiaries in Yemen

The Artificial Limbs Center (ALC) in Marib Governorate of Yemen, supported by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), provided in February this year a various medical service to 537 Yemeni beneficiaries who had lost their limbs.

 A total of 1,662 services were delivered, with males constituting 62% and females 38% of the beneficiaries. Additionally, displaced individuals comprised 85% of the total beneficiaries, while residents accounted for 15%.

 The services offered included fitting and rehabilitating industrial limbs, physical therapy, and specialized consultations. This initiative is part of the Kingdom's ongoing humanitarian efforts, through KSrelief, aimed at alleviating the suffering of the Yemeni people.
