Islamic Studies Center Director in Tajikistan Visits Quran Printing Complex in Madinah
Director of the Center for Islamic Studies in the Republic of Tajikistan Professor Kholikzoda Abdurrakhim Gaffor Saifiddin, and the accompanying delegation, today visited the King Fahd Glorious Qur'an Printing Complex in Madinah to review efforts exerted in printing the Holy Quran in various editions, its translation, and its global dissemination.
The director was briefed during the visit on the stages of Quran printing, production lines, and the review and verification departments within the complex. He also learned about the prominent editions produced in multiple sizes and in 20 approved narrations, along with translations of the meanings of the Holy Quran, which have so far been translated into 79 world languages. This reflects the Kingdom’s pioneering role in facilitating the understanding of the Holy Quran for non-Arabic speakers across the world.
