Industry Minister Meets with Egyptian Foreign Minister

Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar Alkhorayef today met in Riyadh with Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates, Dr. Badr Abdel-Atty. They discussed strengthening economic ties between the two countries and exploring opportunities to expand cooperation in the industrial and mining sectors.

 The ministers reviewed the importance of deepening the economic partnership between Saudi Arabia and Egypt through broader industrial integration. They discussed increasing bilateral trade to levels that reflect the depth of their relations and the untapped potential in both markets.

 The meeting also addressed solutions to challenges that exporters and investors in both countries may face, with a view to creating a more attractive business environment for mutual investments.

 The meeting comes as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen economic relations and trade between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Arab Republic of Egypt and to enhance the strategic partnership between the two brotherly countries across various fields.
