The comprehensive national Tawakkalna application ranked first in beneficiary satisfaction in the 2026 Digital Experience Maturity Index for Government Services, issued by the Digital Government Authority. The achievement reflects beneficiaries' satisfaction with the services provided by the application and its continued development to deliver an integrated, easy, and reliable digital experience for citizens, residents, and visitors.
The application ranked among the top 10 government digital platforms in the index's overall results, placing fifth. It also ranked ninth among the top 10 government platforms in the user experience perspective. These results reflect the development of the application's user experience and its ability to meet beneficiaries' needs and provide government services through a unified and integrated digital experience.
The progress comes as part of the ongoing development of the comprehensive national Tawakkalna application. The application brings together government services, information, and documents in one place and facilitates access to them through an interconnected digital experience. This helps shorten the beneficiary journey and improve the efficiency of access to digital government services.
The Digital Experience Maturity Index for Government Services is one of the indicators developed by the Digital Government Authority to annually measure the maturity of leading digital government platforms and services. The assessment covers beneficiary satisfaction, user experience, complaint handling, and technologies and tools. It aims to support government entities in improving the maturity of their digital experiences and the quality of services provided to beneficiaries.
