Director General of Border Guards Visits Unified Security Operations Center 911 in Makkah

Director General of the Saudi Border Guards Major General Shaya bin Salem Al-Wadaani visited the Unified Security Operations Center 911 in the Makkah Region.

 During the visit, the director general toured various departments of the center and was briefed on the workflow, the process of handling incoming reports and calls, and how they were promptly referred to relevant authorities and followed up with precision and professionalism. The center operates using the latest unified technical systems to provide optimal services to pilgrims in multiple languages around the clock.

 The Unified Security Operations Center 911 in Makkah serves 16 governorates in addition to Makkah. It consolidates the operations of 47 control rooms into one location under the unified emergency number 911 and is responsible for receiving all emergency calls related to multiple security and service agencies.
