Human Resources Fund, Red Sea Global to Train and Employ 1,000 Young Saudis
On behalf of Makkah Region Deputy Governor Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz, Jeddah Governor Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Jalawi attended the signing of the third agreement between the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) and Red Sea Global.
The agreement aims to train and employ 1,000 young Saudi men and women in specialized fields—including wellness tourism, hospitality, tourism security, and technical services—in alignment with the workforce needs of Red Sea Global projects. The initiative also supports the localization of talent in one of the Kingdom’s most promising sectors.
The partnership is a leading example of public-private collaboration that aims to invest in human capital, empower Saudi talent in tourism, and create quality jobs to support economic diversification.
