Saudi Foreign Minister Meets with ICRC President

Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah met today with President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Mirjana Spoljaric on the sidelines of the high-level week of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA 79) in New York, USA.

 During the meeting, they reviewed cooperation in humanitarian and relief sectors, regional developments and their humanitarian repercussions particularly the situation in the Gaza Strip and efforts being exerted in this regard.

 The meeting was attended by Minister of Economy and Planning Faisal Alibrahim, Permanent Representative of Saudi Arabia to the United Nations Ambassador Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Wasil, and Director General of the Office of the Foreign Minister Abdulrahman AlDawood.
