
Guyana’s President Meets Minister of State for Foreign Affairs
Guyanese President Dr. Mohamed Irfaan Ali met Thursday with Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Cabinet Member, and Climate Envoy Adel Al-Jubeir on the sidelines of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York City.
Al-Jubeir conveyed to the president the greetings of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, along with their best wishes for continued progress and prosperity to the government and people of Guyana. The president extended his greetings and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, HRH the Crown Prince, and the government and people of Saudi Arabia.
The officials discussed ways to develop bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.
