Myanmar's Kachin State Mufti Praises Saudi Arabia's Care for Muslims Through Hajj Program
Kachin State Mufti in Myanmar Mohammed Irfan Nadwi praised the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its wise leadership in serving Islam and Muslims, highlighting the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Guests Program for Hajj, Umrah, and Visit, implemented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, and stressing that these blessed initiatives reflect the Kingdom’s status and leadership in serving the issues of the Islamic nation.
He noted that the Kingdom’s annual hosting of thousands of Muslims from different countries around the world to perform Hajj through the program represents a humanitarian initiative that embodies the leadership’s commitment to serving Muslims and strengthening the bonds of Islamic brotherhood among them. He added that these efforts have enabled pilgrims to perform their rituals with ease and peace of mind within an integrated system of services and care.
He pointed out that Muslims in Myanmar hold deep appreciation and gratitude for the Saudi government for the care and attention it provides to Muslims around the world and for the Kingdom’s continued efforts in serving pilgrims.
