Digital Government Authority Announces 2025 Website and Digital Content Efficiency Index Results

The Digital Government Authority today announced the results of the 2025 Website and Digital Content Efficiency Index, which recorded a score of 76.24% at the “competent” level, compared with 71.40% at the “developed” level in 2024. The index is based on an evaluation of 250 government websites and reflects growing commitment among government entities to updating their content and enhancing their digital presence to improve user experience and competitiveness in line with Saudi Vision 2030. The announcement coincided with the Digital Government Forum 2025 held in Riyadh.
 The detailed results highlighted the top 10 government websites based on criteria such as clarity, recency, and accessibility of information. The Human Resources Development Fund ranked first with 92.43%, followed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development with 92.41%, King Khalid University with 92.37%, and Qassim University with 92.31%.
 The Saudi Water Authority ranked fifth with 92.02%, followed by Visit Saudi in sixth place with 90.82%, the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center in seventh with 90.71%, and the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources in eighth with 90.02%. The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation came ninth with 89.52%, while the Saudi Data and AI Authority ranked tenth with 89.39%.
 The Website and Digital Content Efficiency Index is the fourth national indicator launched by the Digital Government Authority as part of its efforts to advance digital government transformation and boost national identity by improving the efficiency of government websites, making them the official and reliable source for information and news in cooperation with government entities.
