Scenic Al-Mohammediyah Mountain Pass Draws Crowds to Hill Climb Championship

The scenic setting of Al Mohammediyah mountain pass in Al-Shifa, Taif Governorate, attracted motorsports fans and spectators attending the Hill Climb Championship, a competition that features intense races between local and international participants.
The event, held under the supervision of the Ministry of Sport, was organized by the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation (SAMF) in collaboration with official partner Jameel Motorsports, digital enabler STC, and the Saudi Racing Organizers Club.
The opening round of the championship is set to launch Saturday, featuring 65 elite male and female drivers from across the Kingdom and the region, competing in 11 categories.
The Saudi Toyota Hill Climb Championship consists of three rounds, all taking place at Al Mohammediyah. The second round is scheduled for July 18–19, and the final round will be held August 7–9.
The event is part of SAMF’s broader efforts to promote motorsports culture within the Kingdom and create new opportunities for local talent to engage in the sport.
