Two Holy Mosques Host Over 54 Million Visitors and Worshippers Last Month

 The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque reported that during Rabi Al-Thani 1447 AH, the total number of visitors and worshippers to the two holy mosques reached 54,511,901.
 At the Grand Mosque, there were 17,743,854 worshippers, including 11,748,153 Umrah performers. The Prophet's Mosque welcomed 21,353,370 worshippers, including 2,083,861 visiting Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifa, while 1,488,943 visitors offered greetings to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and his companions.
 The authority employs modern sensor technologies to monitor the number of worshippers entering the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque through the main entrances. This initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency by managing crowd flow in partnership with relevant entities.
