Financial Academy Forum to Tackle Best Practices in Training, Developing Human Capabilities
The third edition of the Financial Academy Forum will be held here tomorrow under the patronage of Chairman of the Capital Market Authority and of the Board of Trustees of the Financial Academy Mohammed Elkuwaiz.
Carrying the theme "Sustainable Talent Growth", the forum brings together senior government officials, CEOs, influential figures in the financial sector, including researchers, academics, and experts, as well as specialists in finance, investment, banking, and insurance affairs from Saudi Arabia and abroad to exchange knowledge and experience, and delve into the best practices in training and developing human capabilities in the age of technology and innovation.
It will feature dialogue sessions on leadership in the age of technology and innovation, AI role in improving productivity, and the role of training and fostering talent in achieving sustainability.
It will also include workshops on AI integration in training and talent development, improving the learning experience by measuring the effectiveness of training, and integrating talent development with environmental, social, and governance standards for sustainable institutional development.
The forum will also witness the launch of several initiatives, in collaboration with international firms, aimed at developing human capabilities in the financial sector.
