Taibah University Advances 184 Places in 2025 UI GreenMetric Rankings

Taibah University recorded a significant rise in the 2025 UI GreenMetric World University Rankings, advancing 184 positions to reach rank 882 after placing 1,066 in 2024.
 Taibah University officials explained that this notable progress reflects its efforts to improve the efficient use of natural resources, develop campus infrastructure, and promote environmental awareness among its community. These efforts included a series of initiatives and projects aimed at reducing energy and water consumption, minimizing waste, expanding green spaces, and adopting smart systems that support sustainability across university sectors.
 The officials affirmed that the results underscore the university's commitment to providing a sustainable, healthy educational environment. The institution aims, through this advancement, to support sustainable development and contribute to the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 by fostering an environmentally conscious, healthier, and more resilient society.
