Over Five Million Users Benefit from Human Resources Ministry App
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development announced that its unified smart device application has surpassed five million beneficiaries, with more than 130,000 users accessing its services daily.
The app, which supports the Kingdom’s digital transformation goals, has issued over 70 million digital cards and provides 52 services across the ministry’s sectors. These include electronic contract documentation, salary transfers via digital wallets, professional visa applications, expatriate labor service transfers, monitoring labor law violations, and an end-of-service calculator.
It also offers social support services such as enhanced social security registration, disability assessments, financial aid for persons with disabilities, electronic establishment of cooperative societies, and secure reporting of domestic violence cases. Dedicated pathways are available for women, youth, the elderly, and retirees to ensure equitable access.
Public sector employees can use the app to review employment data, obtain retirement statements, and check their status, while government agencies can audit job data and record needs electronically, improving institutional efficiency and reducing paperwork.
