Emergency Cholera Response Project in Yemen Provides Services to 2,069 Individuals with Support from KSrelief
The Emergency Response Project for Cholera in Yemen for 2025–2026, supported by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), provided medical services to 2,069 individuals during the period from December 3 to 9.
The project targets areas most affected by the outbreak, aiming to reduce infection rates and curb the spread of cholera through preventive measures, including the deployment of specialized medical teams to screen and monitor travelers at air and land entry points.
These efforts come as an extension of the humanitarian and relief role undertaken by the Kingdom, through KSrelief, in supporting Yemen’s health sector and limiting the spread of epidemics and infectious diseases, in order to safeguard the health and safety of the brotherly Yemeni people.
