KSrelief Clinics Provide Services to 2,551Syrian Refugees in Jordan's Zaatari Camp

King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) provided medical services to 2,551 patients at the Zaatari camp for Syrian refugees in Jordan during the fourth week of August 2024. The general medicine clinics examined 675 patients, while the internal medicine clinic treated 115 individuals with diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
The pediatric clinic attended to 316 children, and the emergency department received 257 patients. The dental clinic saw 140 patients, and a total of 211 women were treated at the two women’s clinics. Additionally, the eye clinic attended to 36 patients, the cardiology clinic treated 33, and the diagnostic radiology clinic served 24. A total of 859 tests were conducted for 343 patients, and 134 X-rays were performed for 91 patients.
The vaccination clinic administered 223 vaccines to 77 individuals, while medications for chronic diseases were dispensed to 140 patients. The health education department provided guidance to 89 beneficiaries, and the pharmacy processed 1,401 prescriptions.
