Justice Minister Launches Upgraded 'Taradhi' Conciliation Platform

Minister of Justice Walid Al-Samaani has launched the second version of the "Taradhi" platform, affiliated with the Conciliation Center, as part of the ministry's efforts to enhance conciliation services in line with local and international best practices.
The updated "Taradhi" platform is part of ongoing developments in the justice sector aimed at improving the efficiency of the conciliation system, enhancing service quality for users, expediting procedures, and easing access.
The second version introduces a series of upgrades that uphold the highest quality standards in conciliation services and procedures, promoting transparency and reliability within a secure digital environment. These enhancements will improve service delivery, user experience, and satisfaction rates.
The platform allows disputing parties, along with ministry conciliators or accredited conciliators, to conduct sessions either in person or remotely through fully automated processes, from application submission to the issuance of the conciliation agreement. Agreements issued via the platform are enforceable documents that can be executed directly without court proceedings, providing a reliable and efficient means of dispute resolution.
