KSrelief Continues Operation of Somalia’s National Blood Bank

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) continued implementing the National Blood Bank operation project in Mogadishu, the capital of the Federal Republic of Somalia.

 In June 2026, the blood bank provided services to 229 beneficiaries, of whom 54% were male and 46% were female. Internally displaced persons accounted for 9% and residents for 91%.

 The project is part of the humanitarian and relief efforts carried out by Saudi Arabia through KSrelief to assist people in need and those affected by crises worldwide.
