International Dates Council, Pakistan Discuss Date Sector Cooperation

Executive Director of the International Dates Council Princess Sarah bint Bandar bin Abdulaziz met today with Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Saudi Arabia Ahmad Farooq at the embassy's headquarters in Riyadh.

 The meeting covered the completion of procedures for Pakistan's accession to the council, the latest developments in the council's work, and areas of cooperation to support the development of the date sector and strengthen international partnerships.

 Princess Sarah stressed the council's commitment to expanding its membership and enhancing cooperation with date-producing countries, contributing to the exchange of expertise and the coordination of efforts to develop the date sector and promote its sustainability.
