WAMY Launches First Surgical Convoy in Ethiopia

The World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY), in coordination with the Ethiopian Ministry of Health, launched its first surgical convoy today in Jijiga, Ethiopia, with the participation of specialized Saudi medical teams in pediatric, plastic, and general surgeries, as well as thyroid and breast oncology surgeries.

 The launch of this convoy is part of WAMY's humanitarian and relief mission and aligns with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's efforts to promote volunteer work through the participation of Saudi medical professionals in serving disadvantaged communities and exchanging expertise with local physicians.
