Over 113,000 Calls Answered on Free Hajj Inquiry Line

The General Secretariat for Islamic Awareness in Hajj, Umrah and Visit at the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance has provided important support to pilgrims so far this year.
By the fourth day of Dhul-Hijjah, 1445 AH, the ministry had received over 113,000 calls from pilgrims seeking information and guidance on the free phone line (8002451000).

Since the beginning of the Hajj season, ministry representatives have dedicated over 2,400 working hours to answering phone inquiries. Furthermore, the ministry operates an electronic fatwa service through devices located in chapels at hotels near the Grand Mosque, providing pilgrims with convenient access to religious guidance.
