Media Ministry, SAUDIA Group Sign Agreement at ImpaQ 2024

At the inaugural Impact Makers Forum (ImpaQ 2024), SAUDIA Group and the Ministry of Media yesterday formalized an agreement designed to improve coordination and strengthen collaboration between the two entities across various areas of ground and air services.

The agreement was signed by SAUDIA Group Chief Marketing Officer Khalid bin Abdulqader Tash and Assistant Undersecretary for Joint Services at the Media Ministry Eng. Mishaal Al-Tuwaijri.

The agreement encompassed several key areas, including the establishment of a dedicated channel for the Ministry of Media on the entertainment systems of SAUDIA aircraft. This channel will feature periodic updates on the ministry's latest initiatives. Additionally, the content will be showcased in AlFursan lounges. The agreement also entails the provision of fast track and business class services for the ministry's guests, along with sponsorship for its events.

Tash explained that as part of its identity and new era, SAUDIA is focused on enhancing its relationship with various government agencies and supporting their objectives, particularly since the Ministry of Media plays a crucial role in promoting the ambitious programs and projects of the Kingdom Vision 2030. Showcasing its initiatives on the screens of SAUDIA aircraft will enhance the visibility of its efforts, given its role in transporting guests between the Kingdom and over 100 world destinations with more than 600 daily flights. This aligns with the launch of a major initiative to improve and elevate the guest experience, aiming to enhance service quality at every stage of travel and integrate the latest advancements in the aviation sector.
