
NWC Completes SAR460-Million Al-Narjis Sanitation Project, Serving over 198,000 Beneficiaries in Riyadh
The National Water Company (NWC) announced that its Central Cluster has recently completed a SAR460-million sewerage project as part of its strategic plans to enhance water and environmental infrastructure, improve operational efficiency, and support the urban and architectural growth of Riyadh.
The company pointed out that the sewerage project in Al-Narjis district included the installation of over 297 kilometers of lines and networks, along with a lifting station with a capacity of 55,000 cubic meters per day. This project aims to provide sewerage services through home connections, benefiting more than 198,000 beneficiaries while reducing environmental damage and addressing visual distortions.
The NWC called on customers in the district to apply for the service connection and upload the required documents through its official channels, including the NWC mobile app or its e-branch (e.nwc.com.sa).
The company stated that it continues to accelerate the implementation of any of its key infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time and with high quality, to meet performance indicators, improve the service levels, and achieve the objectives of this vital sector.
