The Real Estate Registry (RER) is the “Real Estate Future Partner” for the 5th Edition of the Real Estate Future Forum 2026

The Real Estate Registry has officially announced its participation in the Real Estate Future Forum 2026 as the “Real Estate Future Partner.” The forum will be held from January 26 to 28, 2026, under the auspices of His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, under the theme “Expanding Horizons and Prospering Real Estate,” with extensive local and international participation.

The Real Estate Registry’s participation in this forum aims to familiarize participants with the milestones and developments achieved by the Registry recently. Dr. Mohammad Al-Sulaiman, CEO of the Real Estate Registry, will deliver a keynote address highlighting the Registry’s role in enhancing reliability and transparency within the real estate sector, through its digital platform, which serves as a comprehensive destination for property ownership data and information in the Kingdom, in addition to its legal role based on the absolute legal authority granted by the Real Estate In-Kind Registration Law.

The Real Estate Registry is the body responsible for real estate in-kind registration in Saudi Arabia, establishing an integrated database for all properties and using modern technologies to expedite real estate in-kind registration and facilitate beneficiaries’ journeys in registering their property. The Real Estate Registry is characterized by high data accuracy and the provision of innovative solutions and services designed to enhance the experience of property owners and help them make informed decisions within the real estate sector.

The forum is expected to host approximately 300 speakers and representatives from over 140 countries. It will feature dozens of sessions and workshops that will discuss — in high-level dialogue — the challenges and future of the real estate sector globally and locally, across multiple key pillars related to the latest industry developments, best practices for supporting the real estate industry, methods of enhancing strategic partnerships, and reviews of local and international real estate practices, as well as real estate sector growth opportunities.

Furthermore, the forum will explore the transformative role of artificial intelligence in the real estate sector, real estate legislation, sustainable construction, and diverse real estate investment opportunities. It will also review the latest developments in the real estate sector across the Kingdom. Participants will discuss the updated non-Saudi property ownership system, which was revised in July 2025 and whose implementation coincides with the launch of the forum in January 2026, as well as its positive impact on attracting high-quality global real estate investments, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
