Saudi, Jordanian Public Prosecution Agree to Enhance Fight against Crime, Terrorism
As part of the fourth annual meeting of the Arab Association of Public Prosecutors, held in NEOM, Saudi Attorney General Sheikh Saud bin Abdullah Al-Mujib and Jordanian Chief Public Prosecutor Youssef Najib Thiabat have signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at strengthening joint efforts to combat crime, terrorism, its financing, and money laundering.
The memorandum includes conducting joint research studies and organizing training programs, seminars, and conferences to explore developments related to such crimes. It also involves the exchange of visits and discussions to foster mutual understanding and develop innovative solutions to combat transnational crimes.
The initiative reflects the continued efforts of the two public prosecution offices to expand regional judicial cooperation, contributing to swift criminal justice and enhancing security and stability in the Arab region.
