Madinah's Service Centers Enhance Experience for Thousands at Prophet's Mosque
A total of 187,698 visitors of various nationalities benefited from the two comprehensive service centers in the Prophet’s Mosque courtyards during 2024 as part of the services provided by the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque.
These comprehensive service centers are among the most prominent field initiatives designed to ensure direct engagement with visitors in the mosque's courtyards. They offer guidance in multiple languages as part of broader efforts to improve services and facilities, enhance environmental and human aspects, streamline procedures, and create a professional service environment for various services in a single location. The initiative enhances care for pilgrims visiting the Prophet’s Mosque and aims to achieve the highest levels of satisfaction.
Services include lending carts to people with disabilities and the elderly, providing guidance, distributing informational booklets, communicating with visitors in their languages, responding to religious inquiries, and offering wristbands for children and the elderly. This service system offered to pilgrims, Umrah performers, and visitors enriches their spiritual experience and ensures comfort and serenity while performing prayers at the mosque.
