Misk City Announces the Launch of the University of New Haven – Riyadh

Mohammed Bin Salman Nonprofit City “Misk City” announced the launch of the University of New Haven – Riyadh branch through a strategic partnership with the University of New Haven. As part of the partnership, Misk City will host the university’s first campus in the region, with operations set to begin in the 2026 Fall academic semester.
 The agreement was signed on behalf of Misk City by Chief Executive Officer Eng. Sami Al Jasser, while the university was represented by Senior Vice President at the University of New Haven – Riyadh Dr. Leo Lester, in the presence of Chief Executive Officer of Mohammed bin Salman Foundation “Misk” Dr. Badr Al Badr, Assistant Deputy Minister of Investment Fahad Alhashem, and Deputy Minister of Education for Investment Eng. Abdulrahman Alhajri, alongside several sector leaders and distinguished guests.
 The partnership reflects Misk City’s commitment to strengthening its educational and knowledge ecosystem while supporting disciplines related to innovation, artificial intelligence, and entrepreneurship. It also contributes to empowering national talent and enhancing the integration of educational institutions within the city.
 The University of New Haven – Riyadh branch will offer undergraduate programs in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Esports and Digital Games Management, Marketing, and Sports Management, in addition to graduate programs in Artificial Intelligence in Business, Business Administration, and Strategic Leadership.
 The university is accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE), while its business programs are accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). Students at the Riyadh branch will receive the same degree awarded at the university’s main campus in Connecticut, United States.
 Located in the heart of Misk City, the campus will provide students with an integrated educational experience within a vibrant environment that supports innovation and talent development in alignment with Misk Foundation’s vision to empower youth, and Saudi Vision 2030.
